The AIESEC platform consists of a number of different opportunities through which an individual creates their own AIESEC Experience, including conferences, exchange, learning networks and intense leadership experiences. We thus focus on creating multi dimensional relationships by providing a unique leverage across the Corporate, Non-Corporate and the Student Sector.
The majority of our partner organizations engage with AIESEC through one of these platforms in order to increase their profile, attract top talent to their organization, or to support our efforts in enabling young people to develop and discover their potential.
- Internship Provider: The AIESEC exchange program is a key component to the AIESEC Way, enabling members from around the world to work in Australia, and experience our society and lifestyle. Organizations are able to offer internship placements for students or recent graduates, providing them with access to young people from all corners of the globe.
- Mentoring: Each year AIESEC Monash provides a unique learning experience to members through our mentorship program. Organisations are able to become involved in this program by encouraging their employees to participate as mentors; providing invaluable advice to students, and at the same time promoting the organisation.
- Learning Partner: Learning networks tie together the AIESEC experience and combine physical and virtual learning environments with issues-based internships. Organisations can contribute by offering a placement for an AIESEC intern, providing content for our learning events or by providing financial support for training projects.
- Conference Sponsor: State and National Conferences are an important part of the AIESEC Experience. Our members are encouraged to participate in conferences, as they provide them with an opportunity to work in small teams, engage in decision making, learn about the AIESEC Way, and brainstorm world issues.
- Event Sponsor: During the university study calendar, AIESEC Monash hosts events for the entire student body. These events range from educational forums to important technical training. Organisations can participate in events by providing speakers, relevant content, or financial assistance.
- Recruitment Sponsor: At the beginning of each semester, AIESEC Monash recruits new members. Organisations are able to assist through providing materials we can give away during orientation week and career fairs, or through financial assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for brand exposure.
- Intern Sponsor: Organisations are able to sponsor an intern who is on a developmental traineeship, working for a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
AIESEC understands the true essence of relationship building and value creation coupled with our overriding need to continually improve the value of our partner’s experience. We seek to involve our partners in our activities to enable them to gain a better understanding of AIESEC as well as develop a free flowing channel which facilitates the sharing of best case practices, ideas and innovation, as we believe that the success of our partners is a benchmark that we would like to emulate.
