Health Australia & Tanzania (HAT) Health Australia & Tanzania (HAT) is a not-for-profit organisation that helps improve the health of local communities by providing health related facilities and information to empower local communities in Tanzania. Recently, HAT has been able to provide AIESEC Monash with an internship position. We look forward to growing this partnership.
