AIESEC provides its 23,000 member base from over 1,100 universities and educational institutions with a unique leadership experience, opportunity to be a part of more than 350 global and national forums and over 5,500 global internship opportunities with leading organisations from the corporate, development, student and education sector.

The AIESEC Way is not only a description of the way (manner) we aim to make a positive impact on society, but also describes the way (road) we are taking to achieve what we envision.

What is AIESEC?
AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin.
